About BODIE

Bodie was discovered in a desolate part of East Bakersfield, surrounded by a disheartening pile of trash, waiting in vain for owners who would never come back for him. As the sound of our feeder's vehicle approached, he perked up, his spirit ignited by the hope of companionship, and he eagerly began to follow the car. When the feeder opened her door, Bodie made a desperate attempt to leap inside, his striking eyes filled with a silent plea for rescue and a longing for a better life. Fortunately, we were able to bring Bodie to safety, and he is now in a loving environment where he can begin to heal and thrive. Bodie is an exceptionally intelligent dog who has mastered a variety of basic commands, showcasing his eagerness to learn and please. His friendly demeanor allows him to socialize well with other dogs, making him a delightful companion in any canine setting. With people, Bodie is incredibly gentle and affectionate, radiating warmth and love that he longs to share. He is currently in search of a forever home where he can finally experience the affection and care that he has been missing. This loving dog deserves a nurturing environment where he can thrive and form lasting bonds with his new family, bringing joy and companionship to their lives.
