About Nova

Miss Nova is doing great in her foster home & is making friends with her foster brothers slowly! Nova is 2 years old, 44 lbs, potty trained, crate trained & an overall super sweet girl! She is heartworm positive & will be headed to the vet soon for injection 1 of her several month long treatment to rid her of these deadly parasites. Heartworms are not contagious to either humans or other animals. They are transmitted by mosquitoes & easily prevented by a monthly medication such as Heartgard.
