She is listed as a 1 year old chow and came into the shelter after her owner was taken into custody. We are now looking for her forever home, or a foster and rescue. The shelter has made Bubbles adoptable. Just spayed her, and let us know and told us she 'has been a little shy with people, so we are recommending no small children in the home when adopting. Nothing unusual is noted in the medical notes.'
