Chiso was found abandoned at a Houston park, but you'd never guess it. He's blossomed into a laid-back, loving companion who plays gently with his toys, naps like a pro, and enjoys cuddles as much as backyard exploring and walks. Chiso is calm and quiet at home, already potty trained and crate trained, and gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids. He does great on his own with no signs of separation anxiety, rides well in the car, and is fully vetted, neutered, and ready for his forever home. He may look like a husky, but he is missing all the husky drama: no crazy shedding, no loud screaming, and no property destruction. Chiso is currently working on staying out of the crate when home alone and is doing great, he's already up to an hour with no accidents or destruction. He's got Lab loyalty, Husky smarts, and a calm, sweet soul that makes him perfect for families, first-time dog owners, or anyone craving an easygoing best friend.. He is currently with Waiting Under the Willow Foundation.
