About Bambi

These two are the last of the 'B' litter. They need a home or new foster home by 6/18/25! Meet the 'B' litter. They're currently in rescue. These pups were born 12/9/24 and are Siberian Husky/Beagle mixes. They are current on vaccines, microchipped, and will be scheduled for their spay/neuter once they turn 6 months old in June. If adopted prior to their appointment, the adopter will be required to take them to their appointment. They haven't been around cats yet, so we're not sure how they would do given their breeds, but with them being younger they may be fine with slow introductions. Benji is a very sweet boy who loves to snuggle with people. He's not a big talker and he's pretty much laid back. He's crate trained and almost completely house trained. He's great with other dogs. Bambi absolutely loves people and loves to snuggle with everyone. With that being said, she is not fond of other dogs right now and is very nippy and resource guards everything from food to toys or her crate space. It may be hormones starting to show and possibly her first heat cycle around the corner which would resolve after her spay, or it may be best for her to be the only dog in a home. We're just not sure at this point, so a meet and greet with other dogs in the potential adopters home is required for her. She is a talker and does voice her opinion often (it's the husky in her). She's crate trained and still working on getting the potty training down. Before applying, please take into consideration that puppies require training for basic commands, potty training, crate training, jumping, and puppies will chew on things and require redirection and patience. This can take months before they adjust in their new home and are completely trained. Do not adopt a puppy if you are not prepared for raising a puppy because this makes it much more difficult on them to be adopted and returned due to no fault of their own. Located in Charleston TN.
