About Maximus

Maximus is a wonderful corgi mix with australian shepherd dog. He is a high energy dog which does require alot of activity. He is very spoiled with his toys and loves playing rope everyday. He enjoys going to the dog park. He does like to talk/bark to tell you how he feels (herding inside of him). Anytime a child is at the dog park he becomes their new best friend. Very food motivated. The draw back to max is being mixed with two herding breeds he does bark alot to herd you in the activity he wants to do and does get territorial over toys or things. Needs to be the only dog in the household. Did overcome steroid-responsive meningitis-arteritis (SRMA) at the age of 2. The steroids didn't work and went on chemotherapy. Thankfully made a full recovery and has been healthy ever since.
