About Xena

Welcome Xena! If you missed your chance with Wilma recently, say hello to her equally adorable sister. She came to us today from Kings County Animal Shelter where she's been camped out for way too long. Here's what we know: Xena is about 4 months old, 20 +/- lbs currently, cattle dog mix, sweet, adorable, and packed with potential. She'll make a great adventure buddy to an active, breed savvy person or family. We don't know yet how she is with cats, kids, or small animals. We will slowly test the waters with all these things, but if we had to guess, under the right leadership she's young enough to learn how to co-exist peacefully with all these things and be a great citizen inside and outside the home. Xena is being fostered in Arroyo Grande, CA. She is microchipped, on a vaccine schedule, and can go home on a spay contract.
