A havanese dog in NYC is about to be euthanized just because he got separated from his owner and was taken to the 44th police precinct in the Bronx at 2 East 169th St. At the precinct he was placed in a crate. Now they have placed the crate outside where it is windy and raining. They seem to be unable to get around to checking him for an identification chip. They are making comments about him being killed. Please help. I can also be reached at the phone number below. Thank you.
