About Luna

Meet Luna, a playful and affectionate 4-year-old Corgi, German Shepherd, and Pit Bull mix seeking her forever home. She is spayed. My husband and I temporarily rescued her from a homeless woman in January. Since then we have been fostering Luna and have been showering her with love and care, including vaccinations, a microchip, and regular grooming. This loyal and active dog also serves as a good alert dog. She's leash-trained and enjoys walks/ runs but her true passion is playing fetch, making her ideal for an active owner who can provide at least one hour of daily exercise. Her ball obsession and impressive leaps for catches make playtime pure entertainment. While fairly easy to care for Luna, her exercise needs are paramount. As current caretakers who work full time and already have two golden retrievers that need our attention we're seeking the perfect match for Luna, someone who cherishes her as much as we do and can provide the active lifestyle she deserves. Registration with the county will be simple, as she's up-to-date on her rabies vaccine. We will be requiring a re-homing fee of $125. Luna is 52 pounds and gets along well with other dogs (as she gets to know them) but does best on her own. She does not have any allergies or health conditions. She is a registered client at Willamette Valley Animal hospital and I have a print out of all her vaccinations and recent check ups.
