About Just Jack

This is Just Jack a Mini Australian Shepherd. He will b 2 on June 1st. Up to date on all his shots and is on heartworm prevention. He is a total luv bug and loves to lick, sleep at your head and constantly find you throughout the day to see what you're up to! He listens well but If he gets bored he will chew and dig so need to have someone that knows his breed OR will keep him busy. A bone and stuffed animals help him keep busy and calm. He is house trained, (although this current situation has set him back a few times), and uses a doggie door. He is wanting to let his bro know he is alpha (so I don't think another male dog and him would be good) and has progressively gotten worse in the last few months, after 3 fights in one day, I felt the urgency to find him a perfect human. He has not been aggressive towards his sisters BUT would probably be best an only dog. LOVES ALL THE ATTENTION. I DONT know about young kids although I feel he has unhealthily attached himself to me so that may be a reoccurring problem. My heart is breaking and this time is very difficult for his 3 pac mates and I (it's been a month of keeping him separate from his bro and it's taking its toll on ALL of us). He deserves better, being able to sleep with you and feel loved. I have switched out bed time times together so as to not make him feel completely alienated and he always had a sister or two with him. PLEASE NO UGLINESS, I am a deep dog lover, fully committed and have had pacs all my life. This has NEVER happened and I have NEVER had an Aussie (had several) act this way. I have researched and sometimes this just happens, no fault or blame on anyone or thing. Both his parents are fullbreds, with his mother having the same coat he has. I told a rescue owner I felt like a failure and she assured me I am not, 'a failure would dump him or bring him to a shelter'. All the people you could show and tell would be greatly appreciated.
