Rusty was found on an exit ramp in Texarkana, TX. After attempting to find his owner, we gave up and brought him to our home in TN. He has lived with us for 1.5 years. We have tried to make it work, but four dogs in one house is too much (especially when one of our dogs does not like him.) Rusty does have some visual problems, but you would not know it. He is very laid back and loves everyone. He just wants to be with you.
