Meet Oscar - A Little Gentleman with a Big Heart! Oscar is a 3-year-old, 10-pound Chihuahua who's ready to find his forever home. He came to us after being surrendered to a shelter, where his previous owner reported he was bullying another dog in the home. Unfortunately, the shelter environment left him scared and unsure, and he showed some defensive behavior. But since joining his foster family, Oscar has completely turned around! In his foster home, Oscar has been nothing but sweet and respectful with the other dogs. He's fully house-trained, well-mannered, and proving to be a perfect little gentleman. His foster family reports no signs of aggression-just a loving pup who enjoys companionship and cuddles. Oscar is getting a dental cleaning to take care of his teeth, which were in rough shape when he arrived. He can be a bit nervous with certain handling, like nail trims or shots, and may nip if he feels scared. This is common with many small breeds, especially Chihuahuas, so he'll thrive with someone who understands their unique quirks and sensitivities. He would do best in a quiet, adult-only home, or with older, gentle children who can respect his space. While he hasn't been tested with cats, we think he'd be fine with a proper introduction. Oscar is a loving, loyal companion who adores giving kisses and sleeping by your side. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and his dental cleaning is covered by us.
