Meet Slewfoot - A Handsome, Food-Motivated Catahoula Looking for His Forever Home Slewfoot is a stunning purebred Catahoula who showed up at our farm and decided to make himself at home-kind of. While he's super friendly with other dogs and even cats (he loves to play!), he's still a little unsure about humans. He's not aggressive at all, just cautious. He'll accept a quick pet-especially if you come bearing treats. (This boy is very food motivated.) Slewfoot's past is a bit of a mystery. We tracked down his original breeder and previous owner, but unfortunately, no one came to reclaim him. It's clear this boy has been let down, and now we want to make sure he finds the right person to earn his trust and give him the stable, loving home he deserves. He is not neutered yet and has a strong roaming instinct, so a secure yard and commitment to getting him fixed is a must. He's a beautiful soul with so much potential-he just needs a patient adopter who will give him the time and love to come out of his shell. Slewfoot is ready for a fresh start.
