Fluffy is a 12 year old Shih Tzu who lost the only home she'd ever known. When she first came to us, she was heartbroken-shut down and withdrawn. But with patience and love, this little sweetheart has started to come back to life and is now ready for her second chance. Fluffy is housebroken (as long as she's taken out regularly) and has a few age-related limitations. She has vision in only one eye, limited hearing, and some heart disease. She takes two medications daily (just $40/month), and the good news is-she's doing great on them! Her favorite things? Sniffing around the yard, enjoying the fresh air, and doing her signature happy spin when it's time to eat, go outside, or just because she's feeling joyful! Fluffy is very easygoing and would prefer a home with another calm dog companion. While she's not a lap dog, she loves to be near you-on the couch, in bed, or just keeping you company. Best of all, she's wonderful with kids of all ages. Fluffy would be the perfect match for someone who works from home or is retired and wants a quiet, loving buddy by their side. Help us give Fluffy the happy ending she so deserves. Apply to adopt this gentle, joyful little girl today!
