This handsome pup came up from Oklahoma via Dog is my Copilot! He made the trip without issue and is now decompressing with other puppies from the flight here at the shelter. They are making great progress and are now ready for their forever homes. These pups are a Heinz 57 mix of breeds. Our best guess (and it is a guess) is that Merlin is part shepherd and part Aussie. He is about 12 pounds or so now and will likely be a medium-large to large at full growth. He is a sweet boy and ready for training classes and new adventures. Take this love home today! Merlin is up to date on vaccines and micro-chipped. He will need to go into a home as a 'foster to adopt' status due to the fact that he is too young yet for his critical neuter surgery. TRACS and the adopting family agree upon a spay by date and TRACS holds a monetary guarantee of $125 from the adopters that this surgery will be done by this date - this is required by Montana state law regardless of the home address location of the adopter. TRACS provides a $50 voucher towards the cost of the surgery which many area veterinarians accept. Once proof of this surgery is provided, the guarantee is returned to the adopter. Adoption fee is $300. If interested in Merlin, please head over to our website pet-tracs.com and click on Adoption Application. Once completed and submitted, our team will review and reach out regarding next steps, thank you!
