About Buttercup

Meet buttercup! She's a loving energetic protective pup! She loves snuggles, treats, and to RUN! she's a great dog a would make an excellent addition to the family. She's requires an experienced dog owner with consistent rules. She needs a home without small children or animals. She is crate trained, walks well on the leash and responds well to obedience training. She has completed basic obedience training with pet smart and did exceptionally well. She will need further in home training to assist with protective behavior. She would do best in a home with large yard with room to play and run but will need to be let inside to prevent de-socialization. She would be a great farm dog! She loves to herd. She comes with collars, easy walk harness, urinary supplement( she had a bout of frequent UTI's when we first adopted her at 8 months) and Dog bells to put on potty door. We believe she was abused previously in life and is afraid of long straight items ex. Fly swats, long handles. She is somewhat house trained, but will need more work.( she has come a long way and has made incredible progress.)
