LOCATION: Fayetteville, NC DOB: 11/08/2016 Meet Moosie, a senior Great Dane-Pointer mix with a heart of gold and a personality as big as her bark. This lovable lady may be in her golden years, but she hasn't lost her zest for the little things-like mealtime, walks, and a good nap on the couch. Moosie is a joyful goofball who can't help but show her excitement when food's on the way or when it's time to head outside. She adores her toys, loves treats (except blueberries-they're a hard pass), and takes great pride in her title as resident couch potato. Her quirks are part of her charm, and she's never short on moments that make you laugh. She's housetrained, crate trained, and walks politely on a leash. Moosie also rides like a pro in the car, making her an easy companion wherever the road takes you. Like many seniors, she has the occasional accident and doesn't shy away from using her voice-especially if she thinks she's been left behind or it's mealtime. Her bark is part of her character, but it's worth noting for those who prefer a quieter home. Currently living with four other dogs, Moosie gets along just fine and knows how to set boundaries when she's not in the mood to play. She's unbothered by cats and is gentle and easygoing with children of all ages. She's a people dog through and through-happy to soak up all the love and attention you're willing to give.
