About Roscoe

Meet Roscoe, a 4-5-year-old mix with a heart full of love and a smile that lights up the room. Roscoe has been living in a kennel since December 2021, after his last rescue shut down. We took him in hoping to give him the second chance he so deeply deserves-but he's still waiting for a home to call his own. Roscoe is house and kennel trained, walks politely on a leash, and is friendly with larger dogs. He just needs a home without small dogs or cats. He thrives outdoors and loves to sniff, explore, and take in the world around him, making him the perfect companion for hiking, walking, or even running adventures. He absolutely adores water-whether it's swimming or chasing a hose, Roscoe is happiest when he's splashing around. Despite his adventurous side, he also has a calm, easygoing nature. He's non-reactive to other dogs, joggers, or cyclists on walks, and truly enjoys peaceful moments outside. Roscoe is a dream in the car and loves to feel the breeze on his face with his head out the window. His soft coat makes him perfect for cuddles, and his gentle, loving demeanor makes him a joy to be around. He's also very polite with food and treats, showing what a well-mannered boy he is. After so long in a kennel, Roscoe is more than ready to find a family who will love him for the incredible dog he is. He's been overlooked far too long-now it's his turn.
