About Kalia

10 year old Tonkinese female white (Fawn point). This was a breeding quality beautiful cat. If you are looking for a cat that will be your sweetest companion you will find her with Kalia. She loves to cuddle, be on your lap, and be near you. We got her from a breeder eight years ago and she has been a joy. She is gentle, and has no biting or scratching issues at all. We feel a home for her where she can be the only cat would be the least stressful for her. Lately she has seemed very agitated and we have been to two different vets and an Animal Chiropractor. Other than some lower spine arthritis, everything has come back fine, including blood test, Ultrasound, X-ray, and urine analysis. For weeks she was anxious, even though she is still sweet and loving. She has sprayed and this is a new behavior. We do now have her medicated for the pain and anxiety, and she is doing much better, and spraying is very minimal and continuing to improve, and she is much more relaxed. We feel that she may be feeling threatened in this vulnerable time, by our other 2 cats and that this is contributing to the stress. We are heartbroken, but she can only do better in a home where she is solo. Indoor only. We are willing to meet you somewhere along the east coast or drive her out of state for the right situation.
