About RIKKU

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Rikku is a dear head Chihuahua mix. She is very anxious, somewhat timid, and is an excessive barker. She is in serious need of socialization. The first year of her life was spent alone for hours while me and my ex-boyfriend worked. She can be very loving, she is playful and loves to play fetch for hours. She is not very good with children. She would do best with one owner. She requires a lot of love and attention. She is in need of behavioral training. She is very protective of me and fearful of strangers. She has to come to you and not be forced to be held or touched. She is timid and very anxious and fearful. She has separation anxiety. She would do better with a female owner, because she is very afraid of males. I believe my son and bf abused her when I was working.
