About Kira

Purebred Siberian. Kira needs to find a home where the owner is around more and has a fairly consistent schedule. Presently in a home with 4 other cats and I do have one cat that isn't fond of her. I am the second owner - Kira previously came from a home that had a dog & male cat that terrorized her. She stayed hidden as much as she could. While she doesn't need to stay hidden at my house, she needs a calmer home. Therapet & Feliway have not helped. While she poops in the litter box - she will pee elsewhere. I cannot fix this problem with other cats around. She will use the litter box to pee if she stays behind closed doors but what life is that for her? She has been checked for a UTI and it came back clear. She is stressing here & I need to find an understanding person to help her. I would be willing to also sell Pippi (Siberian also & at an additional cost) with her so she has her buddy with her for comfort. She cannot go to a home with a dog - period. If Pippi doesn't go with her - she would be best to be a lone cat - providing the new owner is able to spend time with her. She is UTD on vaccinations (March 2025). She eats well but only 9.9 lbs. She is on wet food & dry. Older Kids (10 years or older) would be ok for her to be around as long as they are gentle with her. She will run if my sons visit so men may not a good fit for her.
