Buddy loves people, he enjoys hiking especially in cooler weather and loves the snow. He loves squeaky toys and will play with them until he can get the squeeker out. When you get home he always has to show you one of his toys and will not give up until you have acknowledged him and the toy. If you give him treats and pets he will be your best friend. He also loves to be brushed. We have had buddy since he was eight weeks old. We don't want to rehome him, but we need to because my son had to move back in, and has severe allergies to him. We are also moving into an apartment and think he will be happier if somebody has a yard for him to play in. He would do really well with a family that has kids and even other dogs. We do have him crate trained to sleep there at night but he would love to share a room with someone if that's an option. He does have a very loud bark that seems scary to other people, but he is really just saying hello. He is up-to-date on his rabies shot and most everything else. He didn't get his last shot a couple of months ago just because he has severe anxiety when it comes to the vet.
