About Juno

Rehoming Our German Shepherd - Loving, Loyal, and Full of Energy Meet Juno, our beautiful 2-year-old German Shepherd. She's fully vaccinated, spayed, house-trained, crate-trained, and trained on an e-collar. She's an incredibly smart, affectionate dog who has bonded deeply with our family, especially our 17-month-old daughter. Juno is gentle, loyal, and absolutely lives for fetch-her ball is her favorite thing in the world. We adopted Juno six months ago after she had been through three foster homes. While she's made amazing progress with us, we've come to the very difficult decision that our current living situation just isn't right for her. We live in a townhome community with many neighboring dogs, and unfortunately, Juno struggles around other dogs. A recent incident where she slipped away before being leashed and charged at smaller dogs-though she did not bite and disengaged on her own-has led to issues with our HOA. They've now restricted her ability to be off-leash, even in our side yard where she used to play fetch and burn off energy. Juno is not suited for a tightly packed dog-filled neighborhood, but she is an exceptional hiking companion, working dog, or loyal sidekick in a quieter home environment where she has space and structure. She needs an experienced dog owner-ideally someone familiar with working breeds-who can give her the calm, consistent leadership and environment she thrives in. We're heartbroken to part with her, but our priority is finding the right home where she will truly thrive. Shelter is not an option-we're committed to making sure she goes to someone serious, responsible, and prepared to give her the life she deserves.
