About Coco

Meet Coco! Coco is a sweet, loving, and playful 2-year-old, 70lbs, Bloodhound mix searching for her forever home! She's incredibly affectionate and always eager to be by your side for snuggles and playtime. With her wonderful hound personality and big heart, Coco is ready to share her love with the right family - watch her video. Coco enjoys playing with other dogs but can be a bit selective with her canine friends. If she's going to share her home with a sibling, a meet-and-greet is recommended. While she gets along well with other dogs, she prefers to be fed separately, as she can be assertive around her food bowl with dogs not humans. However, she adores cats and kids-in fact, she was raised with a kitten, and they were the best of buddies! As a well-behaved and house-trained girl, Coco knows basic commands and walks on a leash. That said, her hound instincts can sometimes lead her to pull when she picks up an interesting scent. We use a easy-walk harness to help keep her focused. Since Coco loves to explore, a secure fenced yard is recommended-or a family experienced with training using fence collars. Coco is looking for a loving, patient family who will give her the attention and adventures she craves. She'll even let you dress her up.
