We adopted Olive when she was 8 months old, she is now 6 years old. When we first got her, we lived in a small apartment that she did really well in. She is big and doesn't move around much and loves her naps. We have since moved to a bigger home and she stays inside/outside during the day. She would not be good for someone really active who wants a dog to run or go for long walks. She is also not crate trained and refuses to get close to a crate. She does listen well though and will go 'home' to her bed when asked. She has also transitioned from 0 kids - 2 with us, with another one on the way. She has done wonderful with both our small children. She is very patient with them and doesn't react when they get in her space. Because of our growing family, Olive has not gotten the attention and time she deserves. We are hoping to find someone that can give her lots of love and attention. She really is a wonderful family dog. She would be great for anyone as a low energy companion.
