About Joey

This is Joey! Our 5 year old girl - sweet as pie! She has been raised with our 3 kids and 2 other fur babies. Over the past two years she has developed severe anxiety to loud sounds. Should something startle her, she will begin 'biting at flies'. Our loud little crew has become too much for her to handle. She needs a calm, quiet environment; one without kids. She is very playful! LOVES playing in the water, car rides and the occasional string cheese. She will play fetch until you force her to stop - followed by a great nap. She's a wonderful dog, she just needs the right owner that understands her anxious ways. We can't force her to handle our noisy bunch; it isn't her fault. If you're needing a snuggle companion, she's your girl!
