About Gracie

Gracie thinks she's very sneaky, and sometimes she actually is. She loves to supervise any activities you may be doing, especially porch sitting and mowing. She also loves hunting. Once, when one of her humans was mowing, she noticed an animal had taken up residence in a culvert. She sat calmly supervising at the edge of the yard for each pass facing her. However, after each pass facing away from her, the strangest thing happened. Each time the mower got turned back around, there was a little bit more mud on Gracie, but she was still calmly sitting there. Just supervising. Nothing else going on. All that to say; she's very smart, but also very stubborn. She's very loyal, and a little anxious. If you can find grace and humor in her quirks, she is a loving and caring dog who is great with small children. She is not young anymore, but she still has life left to live, and her current family is unfortunately not able to provide her with the attention she needs to live her best life anymore.
