About Moose

Moose is a two-year-old, playful, friendly and happy, 66-pound male Am Staff/Boxer-Mix looking for a loving guardian. Moose enjoys socializing with other dogs at the dog park or dog beach. He loves sunbathing in the yard, and swimming at the dog beach. He also loves curling up on the couch to snuggle and play with his human friends and stuffed animals! Moose doesn't know his own size, so he'll be best in a home with older kids and no cats. He is perfectly housebroken and crate-trained. He knows a number of commands including: sit, stay, down, off, place and kennel. Moose is quiet and well behaved in the home, so he can live in many different situations including an apartment, condo or townhouse setting. Sadly, his mom is moving to her native Australia, where bully breeds are unable to be imported, so Moose needs to find a new family. Moose is very healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative. His adoption fee of $200 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue. He comes complete with absolutely everything you need to care for him.
