About Katniss

Big dog lap lover alert! This little beauty is Katniss! She is just about 4 months old and weighs 22 lbs. Her mom looks like a Golden/Spaniel Mix, and dad we heard could be Anatolian/Retriever Mix and is a big boy! She could be anywhere from 50-60 lbs full grown! Katniss is the first of her litter to jump in her foster mom's lap and LOVES being held by her people. She is working hard on her house breaking and will need continued support with that and her other basic puppy skills. She is super smart and eager to please. She is great with all kinds of people big and small, other dogs, and we think she'll be fine around cats - but she's never seen one, so the jury is still out on that one!
