About Nova

Bright, beautiful, and bursting with love In the astronomical world, a nova is a star showing a sudden, large increase in brightness. We can't think of a more fitting name for this pup, who's ready to light up your world! Nova is an 11-month-old, 53-pound cattle dog mix (probably some German shepherd) with a beautiful face and an even brighter personality. She gives new meaning to 'happy' and absolutely adores people (including kids)! We mean it-they just don't come sweeter than this, and she's rather submissive with her people. Not only that��%BD'��%BD|she's terrific with other dogs, so whether you're walking the neighborhood or visiting the dog park, she's sure to make some new friends. Who knows-you might, too! While she's loving and affectionate with other pups and peeps, she WILL get feisty if she sees a mouse. Chances are she'll go after it so you don't have to (ie, she's also considerate). What makes her xx-friendly demeanor even more incredible is that she was abandoned-actually dumped on the street-by a family that no longer wanted her. Trust us when we say that their loss is your gain. She's just wonderful from wet nose to wagging tail. All she needs now is someone to reciprocate the love, affection, and pure joy she continually offers. Could that be you?
