About Scottie

(DOB 1/20/2025) Due to Scottie's young age, he has not yet been neutered. For this reason, we are only considering local adoption (within 1 hour drive time of Wake Forest NC). Scottie is a gentle, young pup with those deep, soulful eyes that stop you in your tracks-and steal your heart before you even realize it. Scottie is affectionate and sweet, always ready with a cuddle or a soft lick to say 'hi.' He's working on a variety of age-appropriate training, picking up new things with that puppy curiosity and eagerness to please. He absolutely thrives with another friendly, playful pup around to show him the ropes and help him burn off that puppy energy. So if you have another dog in the home that is ready for a new best friend, Scottie is waiting to hear all about it! Scottie would also do great in a home with kids-he's gentle, loving, and just wants to be part of a pack. This little gem is doing great with potty training-he's nearly there and making steady progress every day. He's also come to love his walks, which is a big leap from the boy who once didn't want anything to do with a leash! Talk about a faster learner! So make sure you have time each and every day to take Scottie out for a stroll. If you're looking for a tender-hearted pup with tons of potential, Scottie's ready to be your loyal companion, cuddle buddy, and partner in all things cozy and fun. As part of Scottie's $325 adoption fee, he will be neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. In addition to the adoption fee, a $100 spay/neuter deposit and puppy spay/neuter agreement will also be required. The deposit will be returned once the puppy is altered.
