About Joy

[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] Joy is a special girl who can be an extremely sweet, loyal and loving companion to her family, but she does not like to share attention, food or toys with any other pets. We are not sure of her previous history before she came to us as she was taken off the streets of Riverside but she's struggled with fear and anxiety since we adopted her 5 years ago. She has become protective of her space (our house) and needs someone able to give her time, patience and training to overcome her fearfulness and feel more confident. She is on a medication for incontinence but that may be due to her anxiousness and it's possible in the right setting she may not need it. We are in desperate need of placing her in a rescue or home as soon as possible because our family is currently living in two separate locations in order to keep our pets apart and safe (her and our other female rescue have had 5 fights over the last 2 years and we can't risk any more). We are not financially able to live apart long term and we need a home or rescue for Joy ASAP.
