About Rigby

Hello! We're looking to rehome our 4.5-year-old male Corgi, Rigby. This is a very difficult decision, but we know he deserves a home that better fits his personality and needs. He's a sweet, loyal little dog with a big personality and a bit of a grumpy streak. Over the years, he's shown some resource guarding, particularly around new toys and treats. Since we welcomed a baby last August, this behavior has intensified. Recently, he showed aggression toward our other dog over a bone, and we feel he would do best in a quieter, more structured home. About him: �'ۢ Born 3/5/2021 (he's a Pisces!) �'ۢ Neutered �'ۢ Up to date on all vaccinations �'ۢ Crate trained and does well in his crate �'ۢ Housebroken �'ۢ Will not chase a ball no matter how hard you try �'ۢ Doesn't love grooming-especially nail trims-so patience is a must Ideal home: �'ۢ No other pets �'ۢ No children �'ۢ Someone experienced with dogs who can handle resource guarding and work with his quirks �'ۢ A calm home where he can feel safe and understood He really is a good boy who just needs the right environment. He loves going on walks, relaxing near his people, and being part of the routine. We know he deserves more than we're able to give him right now, and we want him to have the best quality of life with a family who understands and supports him. Again, this is such a hard decision for our family - we've had him since he was 6 months old.
