About Cookie

Cookie is an 8-month old corgi/lab mix that needs a new family. She is currently an outside only dog that consistently escapes her backyard and will need to be re-homed to a family that will be happy to keep her indoors. I've had her in my home since yesterday, and she hasn't had any accidents inside and seems to interact well with my other dogs. She has shown no aggression so far and is very friendly/submissive. She loves toys and is a very high energy dog. She would definitely need enrichment and plenty of attention. She is good with kids too, as her previous family have 3 kids. I have not allowed her to interact with my cat, so I'm unsure about her attitude towards them. Although she is a very friendly dog, she would do best in a home where she is the only pet because she likes to play very rough with my dogs. I would only recommend her to a home with other dogs if they would be okay with how active and energetic she is. Her vaccinations and heartworm test (status is negative) are up to date, and she is currently on heartworm prevention. Please contact my phone number if interested in this sweet pup!
