About Gigi

-Hello - I am trying to rehome my boxer as I am going through a tough divorce and need to sell my house with large fenced- in yard and move to a very small apartment with my two sons. Gigi is a beautiful around 3 year old female. She is true to her breed - smart, sweet, active and sensitive. She is dominant and slightly pushy - she needs a keen experienced dog owner and may do better in a single dog home even though she does well with my two bulldogs - an American and a Frenchie. Occasionally she can show some aggression over resources or with smaller dogs which will escalate if the owner isn't in charge. At the same time she goes to daycare weekly and stays often with my dog sitter who has four dogs. I have checked with both of them and they report she is not acting inappropriately so I think it is situational. Happy to take you through the scenarios - typically happens when I am not around. She is very healthy, crate trained, house broken, spayed, excellent in a car and amazing with people, kids and cats. I took her in about two years ago more as a long term foster as she was desperate for a home but as I mentioned, my life has changed significantly.
