He was originally found near a highway in rural Oklahoma where he was nearly starved to death and trying to eat trash. He went to a local kill shelter and was then up for euthanasia due to their 15 day limit of holding dogs. He is thriving in his foster home and is looking for his happily ever after. He is fully vetted including neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm tested. His adoption fee is $450 as his transport from Oklahoma to Washington State cost $250 plus all of his vetting.
