Miss Amy Rose is an 11 month old, 12 pound Pom mix who was surrendered with the rest of her litter mates out of a mill. We call them the Heinz 57 crew because each dog looks like a Pom mixed with a different breed. Amy Rose resembles a Pom/Border Collie and she is a literal blur which makes photos very difficult! This sweetheart never stops moving, and she would be great for an active family who likes to hike, do agility, or just play! She loves kids, other dogs, and cats. She is definitely still a puppy and puts everything in her mouth but is easily redirected to an appropriate toy. She's very smart and has never had an accident in the house, which is amazing for a 11 month old puppy! She is still working on leash training, but with time, she will get the hang of it so she will need a fenced yard. Amy Rose is healthy, fully vetted, and does well in a car. She's the perfect pint-sized package of a dog for a lucky family! To adopt Amy Rose, please complete an adoption application at peacelovepoms.rescuegroups.org. The $350 adoption donation ($250 for senior citizens 65+) includes core vaccines (Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordatella), Accuplex (Heart worm and Lyme test), fecal, microchip, bloodwork, spay, and all the love you can handle!
