Roscoe was found roaming outside about 3 weeks ago. He was very malnourished and dehydrated. When I approached him he was submissive and friendly. I've since tried to rehome him and he barks and lunges at everybody. I feel like Roscoe needs someone who has experience in training animals who are fearful or who were once neglected. I don't know his history or where he came from, but he is a sweet boy once he warms up to you. He's fully house trained as well.
