We have had Beau since he was 15 weeks old. About 5 weeks after getting him we were displaced by a house fire. We have a young child, in the middle of rebuilding our home and have not had the ability to give Beau the life he deserves. Beau is incredibly loyal, very smart, eager to please, incredible with our baby, high energy on the leash, but no reactivity. Beau herds our chickens, loves to play fetch, hike, is treat motivated. He has good recall, is fully potty trained and LOVES to cuddle. He is also crate trained. Beau is a bit territorially aggressive and barks and charges strangers. We have tried to address this behavior but don't have enough consistency to get in front of it. He is very quick to warm up to people but needs some extra help getting out of his protector role into a greeter role. It breaks my heart to let him go, but I want what's best for him.
