Her trainer said that service work is not what Birdie wants for her life that she is ready to be a pet and loving family member. Birdie has done well in the Prison Program. She is now house and crate trained. She's had basic obedience. She knows about grooming and husbandry. She's also been a good friend to the other dogs at the Prison. At this time, we don't know about cats or small children as there are none at the Prison.. Birdie will enjoy an active lifestyle and would be a great hiking or running partner. She's about 50-55# of love and fun! Her adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
