Hi there! My name is Sammy, and I'm an 8-year-old Pitsky (that's Pit Bull + Husky magic �Ϭ) with a big heart and a gentle soul. I've been deeply loved my whole life, but due to my grandparents' serious health issues, I'm now looking for a new forever home-or even a foster family to help me transition. I'm spayed, microchipped, up to date on all my vaccines, and on monthly preventatives. I get along great with other dogs and would love to have a furry friend to keep me company or a person who's home more often than not. I can get a little anxious when left alone, but I'm never destructive or reactive, I'm just a sweet girl who thrives on companionship. I'm about 60 lbs right now, but I've been sneaking a few too many treats, so I could stand to lose around 15-20 lbs. Don't worry,I still love walks and would be happy to shed those pounds with a buddy by my side. I haven't had a lot of exposure to cats or kids, but I'm very friendly and easygoing. With the right introductions, I think I could adapt well.
