Thanks to a generous donor who fell in love with my story, my adoption fee is FULLY SPONSORED! Hi I'm Skye! I landed at Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue after being found huddled in the corner of a building with my sister as little babies. I came to the rescue with an injured right eye - I don't know whether it was a result of trauma or a birth defect, but it doesn't matter to me - I just need a family who it doesn't matter to either! At the rescue, I received the medical and general care to be ready for my new forever home. My sister got adopted and I'm waiting patiently for my turn. I'm estimated at a little over a year now and last weighed in a bit under 50 lbs. I'm dog and people friendly, just may be a little shy at first, but will come around pretty quickly. I don't seem to care too much about the cats hanging around. I appear to be a lab mixed with a brindle like a dutch shepherd or plott hound, but that's just the rescue's best guess. My adoption fee includes vet check, up to date vaccines, spay, heartworm test (negative), microchip and deworming, all already done.
