Video: https://www.facebook.com/reel/696646329551097/?fs=e&mibextid=wwXIfr&fs=e Lavender arrived at North Central on March 11th, after her 'owner' stated that she had bitten their significant other. Owner refused to give any information and 'Left' but then came back at some point and tied her up to the front door of the shelter. She was placed under quarantine and was prescribed meds to keep her calm. Medical staff were unable to touch her until recently (over a month Mater) to give her vaccines but finally she was given some yard time with volunteers and other furry friends. Lavender has been in 8 playgroups since her arrival in March! She has been described as gentle / dainty, tolerant, can keep to herself and gives good corrections. She shows interest & excitement around volunteers that she knows. Although her outings have been positive, Lavender is still having a tough time adjusting and needs help getting out of this stressful environment She is listed for euthanasia and MUST EXIT BY 4pm on TUES 5/6! OPEN Tues through Friday 8-5; Sat & Sun 11-5. For more info 888-452-7381 or laanimalservices.com North Central Animal Services Center - 3201 Lacy Street, Los Angeles, CA 90031
