About Finn

Meet Finn! Handsome boy Finn is a 4-yr-old Aussie. He weighs 35lbs, is neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. Finn likes to have a walk, play ball, or have outside garden time in the morning. Afterwards he is more than happy to hang out at home and chill. He would do well in any type of home large or small, urban or rural. His ideal adopters have no other dogs or cats and time to spend with him. He likes other dogs, just possibly too much to live with them as he can be obsessive about being in their personal space to the point of annoying them. We are told that Finn has never shown aggression toward other dogs, just way too much interest. Finn is house trained and crate trained and really, really wants to please so he will enjoy any training he is given. Finn has strong herding tendencies and because his family has so many people in the home that come and go, he has a hard time keeping track of everyone and so he can get amped up. He would do well with adopters who have an active lifestyle but have a quiet home life. As is the case for many herding breed dogs, we recommend a home with no children or children 12 and older.
