The dog has never had any issues with people/visitors or other dogs in the past. Recently, he bit one of the daughters two times. I haven't been able to get much information on what is causing the outlash other than what I can think of from seeing / hearing from my friend that he may be either resource guarding or just protective of my friend (his mother) which wouldn't make much sense since its only the one daughter/person in his entire life. This is leading me to believe that something has happened between the one daughter and the dog in the past
