About Barkley

Welcome, Barkley! Say hello to our newest little nugget-Barkley aka Frankie, a five-month-old heartthrob with the most stunning eyes and gorgeous markings! This handsome pup is up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. Barkley was well cared for, but due to medical issues, his previous family could no longer keep him. Now he's ready to find a new beginning. He's a typical puppy-eager to learn and full of potential! Barkley already has a solid 'sit' and is working on 'down' and other basic commands. He will need a family committed to continuing his training, including housebreaking, leash walking, and providing structure and consistency. We're still assessing how he does with other dogs and will share updates soon! We always prefer our puppies to go in a home with another dog or a plan to get your puppy dog social. If you do have other dogs, they must be UTD on vaccines and spayed or neutered. A big thank you to our amazing trainer Lauraine from Bucks Dog Training of Central New Jersey Bucks Training who has opened her home to foster him while we search for a foster-to-adopt home. Barkley will see our vet soon for a final medical checkup. Bonus: Barkley comes with five professional training sessions, which any foster or adopter must complete before adoption is finalized.
