THIS IS TRULY HEARTBREAKING A FAMILY TORN APART. A DOG LEFT GRIEVING. Prince's story is one of love, loss, and unimaginable heartbreak. His devoted mom made the impossible decision to surrender him after losing her home. With nowhere to go and a young child to care for, she was forced to say goodbye to her beloved boy. She is absolutely shattered - and so is Prince. This beautiful 4-year-old soul doesn't understand why his family is gone. He cries in his sleep and looks out the window, waiting for the people he loves to come back. His heart is broken, and so are ours. But we can't let this be the end of Prince's story. Prince is a true gem - gentle, sweet, and full of life. He's dog-friendly, cat-friendly, kid-friendly, and people-loving. Crate-trained, leash-trained, and house-trained. He loves car rides, swimming, and playtime. He's fully vetted, neutered, and vaccinated. A+++ Thanks to a last-minute rescue, Prince was pulled from the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter. He was one step away from a tragic end, but now he's is now in a kennel in boarding in NJ. He needs a forever family - someone to help him heal, to remind him what love feels like again.
