About Remy

Remy is a 19 lb, 9 years prince of a poodle, super smart, quirky, affectionate and full of life. His beloved owner sadly passed away but now he is thriving in his foster home. Remy has shown just how much he loves human companionship, stability, a regular routine, playing fetch with his lambchop and taking daily walks where he can engage his keen sense of smell as he explores the neighborhood. Remy is a perfect gentleman, house-trained, always studying the world around him and on the lookout for a good challenge, so he can learn something new. He considers each day a grand adventure. Most of all, he wants to be close to his human, enjoy quality couch time and the safety and stability of a home where he knows he is loved and cherished. Remy may need time to warm up to a new environment but once he gets to know you and his place in the household, he will be your loyal and loving poodle companion. We are looking to place him in an adult(s) only home, preferably with someone who has had previous dog experience and who will have the patience to let him settle in at his own pace. We also believe he would thrive in a quiet and calm environment where he can relax, be the center of attention and develop a strong, lifelong bond.
