Bowie is a rescue I've been fostering for 3 years. He was neglected and I could tell he had some trauma. He's very hyper focused when outside, but treat motivated inside. He gets along decently with cats that are confident. Hasn't been around children. When meeting new people he needs encouraging but warms up after a while. Bowie needs space to run and challenges to exercise his mind. He loves durable chew toys and cuddles. He will sleep right next to you or he enjoys the solitude under the bed where it's cool and dark. Potty trained and knows basic commands. Gets a little leash anxious when other dogs are around, but enjoys running large open areas. He can live apartment life if he can be walked multiple times a day. Is not aggressive towards other dogs, but he doesn't pay much attention to them when at the park. He has loved with a small dog before and loved the extra play partner. I've recently been asked to move and would like to find a forever home for him with a loving and doting environment that will be patient with his needs and anxiousness.
