Doc came to us from El Centro and settled easily into his foster home. He can be a bit defensive in the first few minutes of meeting a new dog but then warms up within a fairly short time. Doc walks nicely on a leash, is doing great with the potty routine at his foster home, and is not an excessive barker (at home). He does ok in a crate though also has very nice manners and does not get into things he shouldn't. He had really bad dental condition but got dental surgery (multiple extractions) when he was neutered and had a smooth recovery. He was a bit anemic but the vet strongly felt it was poor nutrition due to his painful mouth, and now he is eating great and much healthier. Doc is estimated 9-10 years and is around 10 lbs. He is fostering in central Phoenix and if you would like to meet this sweet boy please fill out the adoption application HERE ))) https://www.cherishedtails.com/adoptable-dogs
